Where do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

Albania, Andorra, Australia (only prints not Framed prints), Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria,Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom,U.S.A, Aland Islands, Armenia, Bouvet Island, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Isle Of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Mayotte, Reunion, Svalbard And Jan Mayen, Turkey 

 Although we wont be shipping outside of the listed countries at the moment, you can still purchase a Digital Download file from any country!

When will I get my order? 

It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

USA: 3 -​ 4 business days 

Canada: 6 - 10 business days

International: 8-14 business days

Due to COVID-19, delivery may take longer then the time frames stated above. If you are curious about the status of your order, feel free to use the "Track My Order" application, under "Menu" or "Quick Links".

We understand this is a difficult time but we are working our hardest to deliver your order as fast as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Where will my order ship from? 

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 


Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases.  


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

How do I track my order?

There are two different ways to track your order.

Method 1
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has been shipped out.

- In this email, simply hit the tracking number at the bottom of the message.



This will bring you to another page where you just need to click on your tracking number again.





- Please note you will not be able to track your order for at least 48 hours after you receive your tracking information. It just takes a little time for the tracking system to be properly attached to your package. 

Method 2

- On the Tiny Dream Factory website simply click on the “Track Your Order” tab. This can be found on the footer of our home page or in our menu bar.

- Enter your order number and email address OR tracking number.




- If you have multiple tracking numbers, make sure to select what order you would like to track. It may take a few seconds, but if the tracking slip has been attached you should see your tracking information show up.




- If you receive a message when trying to track your order that reads “Not Found”, don’t worry. It will take at least 48 hours after you receive your tracking information to track your order. It just takes a little time for the tracking system to be properly attacked to your package.




How do I get my digital download file?

Method 1

- After your purchase you will see a tab on screen that says “Download”. Simply click on this tab and your purchased file will be downloaded to your computer.

Method 2

- After your purchase an email will be sent to you with a link to your digital download. Simply click on this tab and your purchased file will be downloaded to your computer

Why are items missing from my shipping order?

No worries, that’s because we ship some things separately. You’ll get an email every time any items of your order are shipped.

Why do the color of my prints look a little different then what I see on my computer?

Since everyone has different color settings on their devices this may be different then the colour of the actual print.

I didn’t get an email from Tiny Dream Factory after my purchase.

- If you don’t see an email from Tiny Dream Factory in your email Inbox make sure to check your Junk or Spam mail. Also double check that you entered the correct email address on the Tiny Dream Factory site. If you are still having problems please contact us at contact@tinydreamfactory.com 

Can I ask for custom art work?

At the moment we are not taking any personal commissions but we would love to hear your thoughts! Make sure to follow us on Instagram, where we'll be asking our followers what kind of art they would like added to the store. Feel free to comment on our posts what you would like us to design next. If it's a popular request, we'll be sure to add it to our store!
